Gene\u00adral information<\/strong><\/h2><p>The faci\u00adli\u00adty is owned by <strong>United GmbH<\/strong>, Hal\u00adber\u00adst\u00e4d\u00adter Stra\u00ad\u00dfe 49, 39112 Magdeburg.<\/p><p>The padel court is loca\u00adted on the roof\u00adtop of the apart\u00adment block and will be available to ten\u00adants of the pro\u00adper\u00adties at Hal\u00adber\u00adst\u00e4d\u00adter Stra\u00ad\u00dfe 51 and 51A from 9 Sep\u00adtem\u00adber 2026 at 6.00&nbsp;pm, dai\u00adly from 10.00 am to 8.00&nbsp;pm.<\/p><p class=\"question-box__question\">The padel ten\u00adnis court may only be used for play\u00ading padel ten\u00adnis and at your own risk. Any other use requi\u00adres the operator\u2019s permission.&nbsp;<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3bbc62e elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"3bbc62e\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2><strong>2. Boo\u00adking and&nbsp;use<\/strong><\/h2><p>Use of the padel court is per\u00admit\u00adted only with a con\u00adfirm\u00aded booking.<\/p><p>Boo\u00adkings are made via the boo\u00adking platform:<\/p><p>padel.united-living.de<\/p><p>To use the ser\u00advice, you must first regis\u00adter using your own name and the apart\u00adment num\u00adber. Once you have suc\u00adcessful\u00adly crea\u00adted a user account, you can book available time&nbsp;slots.&nbsp;<\/p><p>Once the boo\u00adking has been suc\u00adcessful\u00adly com\u00adple\u00adted, the user will recei\u00adve a boo\u00adking confirmation.<\/p><p>The fol\u00adlo\u00adwing boo\u00adking terms and con\u00addi\u00adti\u00adons&nbsp;apply:<\/p><ul><li><p>Boo\u00adking dura\u00adti\u00adon: <strong>60 or 90&nbsp;minutes<\/strong><\/p><\/li><li><p>Use of the court is per\u00admit\u00adted only during the boo\u00adked time&nbsp;slot.<\/p><\/li><li><p>You can can\u00adcel free of char\u00adge up to <strong>24&nbsp;hours befo\u00adre the start of your boo\u00adking<\/strong>.<\/p><\/li><li><p>The reser\u00adva\u00adti\u00adon may not be pas\u00adsed on or trans\u00adfer\u00adred to other people.<\/p><\/li><li><p>The ten\u00adant making the boo\u00adking is respon\u00adsi\u00adble for ensu\u00adring the court is used properly.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p class=\"question-box__question\">The ten\u00adant making the boo\u00adking is respon\u00adsi\u00adble for any guests they bring with&nbsp;them.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f73a577 e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"f73a577\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c44c078 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"c44c078\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2><strong>3. Guests<\/strong><\/h2><p>A ten\u00adant may bring a maxi\u00admum of <strong>three guests<\/strong> with them for their booking.<\/p><p>The ten\u00adant making the boo\u00adking must be pre\u00adsent in per\u00adson throug\u00adhout the enti\u00adre hire period.<\/p><p>Guests are not per\u00admit\u00adted to use the court wit\u00adhout the ten\u00adant who made the boo\u00adking being present.<\/p><p>The ten\u00adant making the boo\u00adking is respon\u00adsi\u00adble for ensu\u00adring that their guests also com\u00adply with the\u00adse house&nbsp;rules.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-71206a9 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"71206a9\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2><strong>4. Rackets and&nbsp;balls<\/strong><\/h2><p>Padd\u00adle rackets and balls are curr\u00adent\u00adly available in the lob\u00adby. They are on the shelf next to the coun\u00adter, behind the curtain.&nbsp;<\/p><p>You may coll\u00adect the neces\u00adsa\u00adry equip\u00adment yours\u00adelf for the dura\u00adti\u00adon of the boo\u00adked play\u00ading&nbsp;time.<\/p><p>After the game, all bats and balls must be retur\u00adned to their desi\u00adgna\u00adted places, com\u00adple\u00adte and in good&nbsp;order.<\/p><p>The rackets and balls pro\u00advi\u00added may only be used on the padel&nbsp;court.<\/p><p>Plea\u00adse take good care of the equip\u00adment and report any dama\u00adge or miss\u00ading items to Resi\u00addence Manage\u00adment straight away.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-dacdc41 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"dacdc41\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2><strong>5. Play\u00ading on the&nbsp;court<\/strong><\/h2><p>Plea\u00adse obser\u00adve the fol\u00adlo\u00adwing rules when using the&nbsp;court:<\/p><ul><li><p>Ope\u00adning hours are dai\u00adly from <strong>10.00 am to 8.00&nbsp;pm<\/strong>.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Ball games are per\u00admit\u00adted only within the padel&nbsp;court.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Eating and smo\u00adking are not per\u00admit\u00adted on the&nbsp;court.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Drinks may only be taken onto the court in sui\u00adta\u00adble, shat\u00adter\u00adpro\u00adof containers.<\/p><\/li><li><p>The court must be left clean and tidy after&nbsp;use.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Plea\u00adse be con\u00adside\u00adra\u00adte of other resi\u00addents and the neighbourhood.<\/p><\/li><li><p>It is essen\u00adti\u00adal that you adhe\u00adre to the boo\u00adked time&nbsp;slot.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Plea\u00adse lea\u00adve the court in good time at the end of your boo\u00adking period.<\/p><\/li><li><p>The court must be pro\u00adper\u00adly clo\u00adsed after&nbsp;play.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ade8e38 e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"ade8e38\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-9bdab63 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"9bdab63\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2><strong>6.
