The­re are a total of 88 ful­ly fur­nis­hed and air-con­di­tio­ned flats with living are­as ran­ging from 25 m² to 70 m². Each flat has a small gar­den, bal­c­o­ny or terrace. 

You can look for­ward to a spa­cious lounge with a recep­ti­on area and a cof­fee corner.

For pro­duc­ti­ve days, you have access to co-living and co-working spaces, and the well-equip­ped gym is open around the clock for you.

A real high­light is the 360° pan­o­r­amic roof ter­race, mea­su­ring appro­xi­m­ate­ly 400 m², with an exclu­si­ve resi­dents’ area of appro­xi­m­ate­ly 100 m² and a Sun­set Lounge – per­fect for win­ding down at the end of the day.

A one-of-a-kind pur­ple padel court with views of Mag­de­burg Cathe­dral rounds off UNITED LIVING’s uni­que offe­ring. Ten­ants can use the court for a small fee. And for tho­se loo­king to stay acti­ve and meet new peo­p­le, weekly gym and padel clas­ses are available free of charge.

Your ide­al spot for urban living and excel­lent con­nec­ti­vi­ty! Acces­si­bi­li­ty is opti­mal: the­re is a tram stop just 100 meters away. The old town and the main train sta­ti­on are only 2 km away—and all of this wit­hout nee­ding to transfer. 
 
With the B71 near­by, you enjoy first-class road con­nec­ti­vi­ty. The B71 runs through Mag­de­burg and con­nects the city with the A14 toward Leip­zig and the A2, one of Germany’s most important trans­port arte­ries, which links the Ruhr area with Berlin.
