Do I need to pay a deposit or are there other options?
We offer 2 options:
Option1:
The security deposit must be paid before moving in and covers three month net rent. When moving out and return the apartment in flawless condition, you will get your deposit back.
Option 2:
Alternatively, You can take out a security deposit insurance policy — we’d be happy to help you with our partner, Allianz.
What is the lease duration?
You will receive a standard, open-ended Residential lease agreement.
We have a minimum tenancy pf six month.
The notice period is one month.
What happens if furniture or other items get damaged?
The tenant is liable for damages caused by them.
Can I move in with my dog or cat?
For the respect of the other tenants and future tenants, no animals are allowed.
How far is public transportation?
What does ALL-IN rent mean?
The all-inclusive rent covers all costs, including utilities (water and electricity).
It includes free use of the common areas of the lounge & gym on the ground floor and the rooftop (excluding the event, barbecue, and sports areas).
Internet access in the apartment and in the common areas, cable TV charges, and an on-site residence manager as your dedicated point of contact are included in the all-inclusive rent.
Are bedlinen, towels and kitchen supplies in the apartment?
You can add everything your need for a small monthly fee. The listed rent does not include This service.
Laundry set for one person: 18€ / month inc. VAT.
Laundry set for two people: 35€ /month inclusive. VAT.
Dishware set: 20€ /month incl. VAT
What if I lost my key?
You can unlock the apartment at any time using your smartphone.
If you’ve left both behind, you can reach our residence Manager.
he keys can be deactivated immediately at any time. Your safety is very important to us.
How much will the apartment cleaning cost?
The fee depends on your apartment type.
Studio Smart / Premium: 40€ incl VAT per cleaning
Loft / LOft XL: 60€ incl VAT per Cleaning
You decide how often you want your apartment cleaned.
